Punk isn’t defined by money. It’s probably best described as an attitude or simply the love of a certain kind of music. My old friend Mark Williams was the first real punk I ever met - back in the early 80’s. He had more money that any of us kids - but used it in a manner that helped out other punks or people who had lost their way by putting them up, helping them out etc..
